Default POP3 email accounts requiring SPA do not work

Has anyone figured out a workaround to get POP3 email accounts that require
SPA to work from Outlook? (MSN pop3 accounts are one example, but there are
others as well).

They don't work in Windows mail, either. At least, MSN accounts don't. And
MSN http accounts don't work in Outlook.

I use HotPop.
there is also a Ypop for yahoo and a Gpop for Gmail.

found a POP client that does all 3, have not tried it however.
PopTray.
