After using this program for years with no problems, I couldn't delete some E-Mail received. Now I can't delete any received E-Mails. I can move them to the junk file but can't delete them there either. I would greatly appreciate any help with this problem.

I am experiencing problems opening a word attachment, when i click on the attachment to open it nothing happens, I have tried to save it and then open it and won't let me save it. I go to tools, like everyone is saying, but when I do that there is no options for me to click on too. There is a spelling one to click on too. But is I click on to that I just get the same message "This language is no longer available for spell checking." Where do I find where I can choose a language?

I can not get the junk email stop even after i put the sender and senders domain on list

When I send a new message or reply to a message; I want it to not go in my "sent" folder rather to specified folders. I have tried creating rules and something does not work right. I turned off the "keep a copy in the send folder". There must be some combination I am not getting. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks T.
