How can I create a rule to move all messages from a certain domain; i.e. to a microsoft.com subfolder? Is it possible to create one rule to handle this rather than a rule for every user of that domain?

All my msg's in my Inbox and Sent Inbox have disappeared. And like others I had older msg's I don't want to loose. The Local Folders I created have all retained the messages in them. Why ? Can I get them back? Is there someplace on the hard driver where I can retrieve them from? I'm running Win Vista Sp2 w/2gb memory............Thanks !

I am on windows mail and haved used it successfully for years, all of a sudden I can't receive my emails, it just gets stuck on 'receiving 8 of 30' emails. I've ran a virus scan (AVG) and picked up tracking cookies - deleted them, restarted and still can't receive -can anyone help me - please as simply as poss, thanks. Helen

I've been having a problem sending emails from my Windows account. I found the problem (I think). In the account information area, the information is now incorrectly listed as POP3 when it is actually imap. However, when I am in the tab where this is speciaifed, I can't change that info in the box - it will not allow me to type in the box or to delete the POP3. I need help! Thanks, anybody!

Every time I open windows mail, it stops responding for 30 seconds to a minute. It then responds. Can some one tell me why is it behaving like that. Even sometimes when I move from one message to another it behaves like that too. -- Best Regards Noor Motani

Why does " recovered messages " keep appearing in my " local folders " ? When I click on a " recovered message " , there is no message ; only a date and a number - for instance 07-01-08 20-24-33 .

Where have my saved contacts disappeared to? I have not deleted any contacts and windows asked to compact stuff in windows mail recently...I did....and now heaps of saved contacts have vanished. Any suggestions...anyone?? Thanks.

You can stop the pop up from coming up everytime by going to the mail "tool" then click "options" then click "advanced" then click "maintenance" then unclick the box that says " Compact the database on shutdown every 100 runs. The popup messages should cease. -- RC

when forwarding a newsgroup post, I am "unable to choose recipients" when I click the "to:". I can type a few of the letters of an address that I have used before and the rest will show up.
