i keep getting the same response, my pop3 server is not responding do i wish to keep waiting or stop. what does that mean, and what do i do??? I cant send any messages.

I use a group name for addressing when forwarding many emails. I then use "send later" to put it in the outbox. I go to outbox open the email and add/remove addresses, then hit "send" from there. I most often get dual messages sent, rather than one. Anyone have a solution to this dual message problem? -- Pat Barnt

I set up my Windows Mail account using my gmail account. It downloaded all of my mail from gmail, and it was in working order for about five minutes. Is it possible with Windows Mail to used colored text in the SUBJECT line? If so, how is it done? I know how to change the background of the email into over 16 million colors, but what about the text in the SUBJECT line? Thanks for any help you can give me. Doug

what is the point of using stationery for your messages in windows mail, if it dosnt show up in peoples emails (yahoo,gmail,hotmail) now hotmail on the other hand, it makes it as an attachment... what good is that, it just shows up as a picture of the stationery and is not merged with the message itself.
