How does one delete unsent & other messages?

Hi Gary I can see that you are a e-mail genius can us help me. I am trying to send out e-mail using windows mail and I get an error message saying 'Fatal sending error, unspecified error' when I click open the detail window the message said 'Microsoft jet database engine' Can u guide me to the correct solution please?

I cannot get any E-mails to my laptop. Is there anything that i am doing wrong ?
