I have gone into Window Mail this morning and the inbox shows messages unread but the pane is blank. The rest of the folders are ok - except Junk - which also says 5 messages but the panes says nothing to view. Please can anyone help - I am on Visa.

I have a message in my inbox which has an attachment which is a trojan. I need to delete it but my WM says Inbox has 50 mail in it but the right pane says no items to view. Windows mail successfully looks for and loads all mail when first launched but after that all attempts produce errors. I have to delete the program and reload each time to check for new mail. Why might that be please? The check for new mail box is ticked by the way. And the Send/Receive button produces - the same result - all tasks failed. Help please !!
