I have been using WLM as default for some time. Today, I went to WM for experiment and tried to create a new contact group. When I clicked New Contact Group button, it blinked for a second, then stopped. No New Contact Group window opened. I switched WM as default, tried again, same result. I've been working with this program since we got this computer, now the email won't send. It goes through the motions, but everything stays in the outbox. i can't log into my email using windows mail. a window opens (never seen it before) and asks me to enter my details. i've done it many times, it comes back to the same window and i still can't read my mail. really un-impressed!!! how are you going to fix this since you can't email me a solution? all i've done is update anything you told me i should update.

I want to move my "My Documents" folder, etc to a separate partition on my hard drive. So, I started moving the folders, My Documents, My Pictures, My Music, etc and when I got to the Contacts folder everything screwed up. Now I can't use Windows Mail. In attempting to setup windowsmail, I indicated servers that are incorrect. Now I cannot connect or coordinate with my ISP email Comcast.net. I cannot figure out how to get back to setup and correct the server information. Help!.. Eric

I should have gotten a confirmation fax email yesterday, but it never came in. I know the fax made it, therefore I should have gotten one. What I got instead, is a (1) showing that I had one unread email, but no email. I am positive it is this confirmation email, but I cannot find it in the inbox. This has happend before and the (1) stayed for months. Is there anyway to fix this?
