I've downloaded several stationeries from Microsoft Windows Mail, but when I go to my stationery folder, none of the new stationery is there. Where is it and how to I find it?

When I click link which is in IE or in Live Mail, IE window launches with the small error box "could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed" I did make windows live mail as default program. I tried even to make windows mail (not live) as default program - it does not matter, it still shows this message.

vista mail has lost posts from my support ng I have tried on two pcs (I only have vista pcs now) with two different user accounts but with no success the posts have never been downloaded or displayed or deleted, they just dont exist as far as mail is concerned I have downloaded thunderbird and the messages appear as they should anyone help here

Hi. I've had no problems with Windows Mail until recently it started sending all my emails from my secondary (not default) account. This also goes for "reply" emails, even if the original was send to the default email account. It is started to cause confusion problems with recipients who don't know the secondary account. I have tried everything to get it default back to the default account...

When attempting to delete an email I sometimes click on the Send/Receive icon by mistake. When this happens a blank box is added to blue command bar just to the left of the Delete (X) icon. I now have about 15 of these blank boxes. How to I get rid of them? -- gevans15

All of a sudden, my sent emails are not showing up in the sent box. Show all messages is selected. Also, I am getting little boxes with + signs in them. When I click, there are additional emails. My Windows Mail shows attached pictures below the body of the text either on mail I send or mail I receive. I would prefer just to see the file in the attachment window and open it when I want to. How do I stop Windows Mail showing attached files below the text? -- newcomer

After Windows Mail connects to my internet provder and there is mail mail to download, you can see the messages being downloaded but they don't always end up in the mail box. If I check Junk mail, they are not there and under View Current View Show All Messages.... is selected. Some messages make it into the inbox and others don't. Help
