Hello all and thanks for the replies! When you click start and intend to shut down by default I get "sleep" instead of shut down. How to I change this to shut down instead of sleep? It's a HP Pavilion laptop if that makes a difference. Cheers, Marc B

I have a Windows Vista in my Dell laptop. A curious thing happened when I was looking for a movie file, for example, *.mpeg in the search box in the c:/ drive. And it came up with icons of my old mpeg videos that I deleted earlier. Even when you expand the icons to see the picture of the video you can see it but deleting will give me a message that says it's no long in that file location...

The 2 USB drives I have (one Maxtor One Touch and one WD external) worked fine until last week when I upgraded to SP1.
