after backup with vista backup/restore and reconfig laptop to oem status i can not retrieve web page content in yahoo sitebuilder. files and folders appear to be in restore but can not be opened, one file is listed as yahoositebuilder.pack and will not open, any suggestions

i receive emails fine but cant send. logon to pop.mail.yahoo.com window pops up and i put in both and it keeps popping up. if my username or password are not right how can i reset this? this has been driving me crazy. I just setup a new system and got vista ultimate 64 up and running. Havent experienced any issues at all until i downloaded itunes. The program installs fine, however i have graphics and display issues with Itunes once it launches.,. I've uninstalled Itunes8 and reinstalled 7.7, and that didnt work either... I have accidently changed a file extension on a downloaded file to be a zip file. it should he a file which needs to be joined therefore its extension should be "mp3.0". the properties box for some of the files shows that it should open with " windows shell common dll". I tried to re-download the file to replace it but it has the same association as the original (now .zip)
