I want to use a blacklisted program (but only a small portion of it, which I believe is not part of the problem). I get the following pop up error message when clicking on any link in any email in Outlook 2007 Beta 2: "operation cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer" I don't see any Outlook settings for it, plus the message makes it sound like Vista is blocking it.
