I have just updated to a windows Vista OS on my computer and discovered some of the limitations with hardware. I can no longer use my current printer and my monitor is not recognized by its brand or model so the dirver is generic. Does anyone know of Vista drivers for a Samsung 910t monitor? Thanks.

I've got a harddisk activity stronger than activity at bootup. It starts may be half an hour after boot. - I can only stop it with reeboot. My sound is lost after installing skype and skype phone (DUALPhone). I don't have a external speaker as I have been using the speaking on the monitor which has been working fine. I have an internal Seagate SATA drive that has a good read speed and a terrible write speed. If I write small files to the drive, Windows reports that the transfer rate is less than 1MB/sec. Oh, I just love new operating systems and feeling like a nube all over again. My system has 1 CD burner and 1 DVD burner. Although I can use the "send to" or drag-and-drop methods for burning DVD's I'd like to be able to change the little Burn icon on the menu bar in Vista Foldier View. I installed Vista today and my headphones didnt work... and a game wouldnt load... so i reinstalled the game and watched a movie while i waited for my friend to come over and help me out. We spent about 2.5 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with the headset, the game problem was resolved however. We tried a different headset that we knew worked and it had no sound coming through.

I think my driver is only for DVD's. It will play and rip CD's but it will not burn them. Is there a way to fix this?
