I've been trying to plug in a Microsoft Optical Intellimouse into my new Vista equipped laptop, but it doesn't appear to be working, the cursor won't budge using the mouse, but is fine with the touchpad. I am trying to install my Hitachi G-1000 Pocket PC into my laptop to get my pictures out. The software installed fine, but when I attach the pocket pc to my laptop with the usb it's not recognizing it. Can anyone tell me what I need to do? I like to see my documents in explorer, at the top under desktop. I've seen some 'tweaks' that show how to make a shortcut to Documents on the desktop, but this doesn't add Documents to the Explorer. I have Vista and have downloaded an WMA/MP3 audio recorder. I cannot figure out how to record an audio file or a radio station with the sound turned all the way down. I am trying to burn files to a Memorex DVD+RW using my Lite-On DVD burner. When I insert and select the autoplay option to burn files to disc, it prompts to format it. I then get an error message that says that Windows was unable to format the disc. I have also tried using Media Player, DVD Maker, and Nero 7. None work. I have had no problems, however, burning CD-R's. Any thoughts?
