I have an HP 1020 networked with a linksys print server. The printer is not printing the last page of all documents sent to it from 2 vista notebooks. I do not have trouble with the xp laptop nor the Gentoo linux desktop. If the document is one page it seems to send the document to the printer but then does not print. The printer flashes and gets ready to print but doesn't. Help.

I just bought a new dell laptop that comes with vista. It is not compatible with my epson cx4800 printer although I did find a driver for it. My question is should I download the printer cd onto the laptop 1st and then download the driver or download the driver 1st and printer cd 2nd? or doesn't it matter? thanks

I have a Lenove R61 and Vista Business. When the Laptop is docked, the functions Hibernate and Shutdown do not work as expected. Both do shutdown Vista but re-power on the Laptop almost immediatley. I have read about USB devices that might cause this behaviour but it happens even if all USB devices are removed. Any help would be appreciated, Peter

Windows Vista will recognize my drive as a standard floppy drive in Device Manager, but refuses to install drivers because 'Windows cannot start the device.' I know that the drive is working because everytime the computer boots up, the BIOS does a check of the floppy drive. It was also working fine when I had Windows XP. I have recently purchased a bluetooth mouse for my hp vista laptop. The mouse installed fine and works well. I have a problem with Vista and Radeon X800 video card. The initial installation went well, and then I installed HDTV Wonder and needed to update the driver. The little pop-up shows me that it detects I've plugged in my headphones, everything else seems to work, but no sound comes out my headphones. I've tried multilpe headphones and tried hooking it to external speakers. Nothing comes out. Does anyone know where the headphone jack would be controlled? I have a ACER Aspire laptop. At the speaker system configuration there is only 5.1 and 7.1 options. In both options the rear center speaker doesnt play as the these options doesnt use this speaker. The soundmax is integrated in asus M2n32-sli board.
