I use to like the way LDM works in Win2003/XP for external drives. In Vista - its automatically assign drive letter and mount it. Question: How to prevent Vista from auto-mount external disks as letter (F,H,J,....) and make it work like in XP. So I want to have option to mount this disk to my folders. P.S. My computer defaults the color quality to 16-bit when i put my computer on 1440x900 resolution. When i change it back to 32-bit, it goes to a lower resolution. I do not know why.

In the display settings panel the slider for the screen resolution doesn't let me select 1600x1200, which I always used on XP. It has everything up to 1280x1024 and 1920x. Hi all, I just upgraded my computer to windows vista premium from windows media centre 2005, but now when i try to view live TV the screen goes blank then diplays "No TV Signal". I have an adapter for a Gamecube controller. Under XP it shows up as a Game Controller, but under Vista it shows up un Game Controller Adapters in the device manager (like is should). My question is how I get it now to show up as a Game Controller so I can use it?
