The audio driver is an: Analog Devices ADI 198x Integrated HD Audio It was taken directly from Dell's site and is the only audio driver avail. My Dell XPS 600 was having video problems when booting so they replaced my motherboard and video card, but now I can not get the NVIDIA driver (released by NVIDIA on June 1, 2007) to install correctly in Vista. I am having similiar issues to everything I have been reading but mine has a different twist. When I plug in a MP3 playor or card reader I get a "Windows cannot load the installer for volume". If I connect a new universal serial bus (USB) device to a USB 2.0 hub on a computer, the computer does not detect the USB device. Additionally, other USB devices that are already connected to the computer stop functioning, and I have to restart the computer to detect the USB devices.
