My touchpad mouse goes totally wild when coming out of sleep mode. I have to restart the computer to get it to behave normally... Solution suggestions?

I have a Sound Blaster 4 audigy4 installed and have sound but I am unable to get TextToSpeech working. I get a message that "This voice cannot be played. Please try selecting another voice or selecting a different audio output device". My sound card is working correctly why not the voice stuff.

I have a USB headset which is appearing as an additional audio device. Vista chose this device as default audio device. But actually I want to use my own audio card as default. When I press to "set as default" button and press ok, nothing changes. I open the same window and USB headset is default again. Windows doesn't want to set my audio device as default. I have installed vista build 5600 on my Asus A6R and all drivers working with the exception of the Irda which is built on to main board, it states Code 32. A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. Just did a clean install of Vista RC1 and have determined that the Code 43 issue is not with the ATI drivers themselves, but with the motherboard. If you're having issues with the drivers the most likely cause is that your motherboard (at this time) has no support for the WDDM. Hi, I'm running RC1 64 bit and have just bought an upgrade HD - 80Gb IDE to 320Gb WD SATA 2. I believe I can make the upgrade by transfering data across without having to do a reinstall. How best is this done? or is it easier to reinstall and just move application data files across?
