Hi, I purchased an OEM copy of Windows Vista 64 Ultimate. I have only used it on one computer. I have needed to reinstall this copy a few times now, and I am currently unable to activate this legal copy. Who can I contact to fix this problem? If the answer is "You need to buy another copy", I will be forced to raise some hell.

I bought Windows Home Premium. I have a dual processor workstation. Each processor is quad-core XEON 5355. Only one got installed, so my task manager only shows 4 cores, and DxDiag only shows one processor. In XP Pro I see all 8 cores. Did I get the wrong version of Vista?

Can I install a genuine Vista Ultimate w/sp1 over Home Premium w/sp1 using someone else's DVD.......but using the Product Key from my Vista Ultimate that does not have sp1 on it???
