Hey guys, I always use the import feature on Vista whenever I plugin my USB Drive with pictures on it. Problem is, it's not there anymore. I'm using Windows Movie Maker 6 in Vista Home Premium. I've read in several places (including these forums) that Movie Maker in Vista will be able to edit dvr-ms files. However, whenever I try to import dvr-ms, I get the following error: filename could not be imported. Unspecified error I even get this when I try to import the sample dvr-ms files that came with Vista.

My project has a mix of mpegs and avi's and photos and titles. Sometimes the timeline will play but add another video and it won't. Splice that piece of video and delete a part - hey, it plays!
