Vista's version of Media Player 11 is still using the same visualizations that were introduced ages ago in Windows Media Player 9. Winamp's AVS had better visualization presets seven years ago. Is there any chance of an introduction of WMP visualizations that make use of Vista's new graphics capabilities?

Well, this is what's weird, when I do the test in windows it goes through the test and all speakers test out just fine, you hear all 6 things working, but when i use itunes, i have no rear speakers again. it's on 5.1 and tests fine, do you know why that software i'm using doesn't seem to work?

Hi, I'm attempting to capture from a PAL DV camera using Movie Maker, in the preview I see my video but it is completly pixelated like a mosaic. I've tried some other freeware capture software packages but they produce similar results, however they all report that the input souce is NTSC, and I'm unable to overide this.
