Hi everyone. I have a new computer with Vista HP and Samsung widescreen monitor using graphics card NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS. All photos load okay but are distorted, either stretched horizontally or squashed vertically. This happens with new and old images, all taken on the same camera. They even print out distorted. Thank you in advance for any help. I am running Vista 64 bit Ultimate. This operating system is an on-going challenge. Anyway, when I run Windows Media Player it automatically reduces to the system tray and will not load full or partial screen so I can access the programs options, change screen size ect.. The windows photo gallery in vista 32 has suddenly developed a weird problem. Thumbnails look exactly as expected but as soon as they're opened in the gallery viewer the main image displays in black and white with terrible vertical banding while the thumbnail in the upper right still shows perfect color.
