If i have the windows vista home basic, can i convert a movie maker project into a movie? thanks cecilia

Somewhat recently WMP has stopped working. When I click the icon, nothing happens. I've searched on this forum and other sites, I've tried everything, but nothing fixed my problem. Hi All, I have Windows Vista 64 bits Ultimate SP1. I used to have Roxio installed in this computer after I uninstalled it when ever I need to deal with video it is looking for the Sonic Cine Player Decoder Pack. How can I resolve this problem? What other decoder should I install? Thanks, Joe

Last night I started a movie maker project and spent more than 2 hours working on it. I than stopped, saved it as a movie maker project and turned off the laptop. I have the latest version of Java installed ( Java 6 Update 7) but some games and videos will not load. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice. I just tried watched a video on a hotel site and was prompted to download the latest version of Java. When I tried the download it searched and said the latest version was already present. I'll assume I am doing something incorrect. I am trying to burn pictures to a CD-R. I select what pictures I want then click burn. After inserting the CD and naming it the program then calculates how much time it will take. Often it says 7 or 8 hours! What is a faster way? Is there a "more correct" way? Thanks - C
