When I import a video file on Windows Movie Maker, i only get the audio from that clip. I know the clips are saved as videos on my computer, but once i import them, they become audio files. How can I fix this? Thanks

when i try to open up windows photo gallery it will open then shuts down straight away, no idea why, there is no error message or anything in problems to view anyone know why this is happening. Has been fine before.
