Web pages don't always load, but usually do when refreshed by
im
Hi,
Click on a Web link and get a page not found error (in IE or Firefox).
Click retry/reload and it usually goes through. System log shows
multiple copies of this message, "Your computer was successfully
assigned an address from the network, and it can now connect to other
computers" although it is asigned an IP by a Windows server on the LAN
with a long expiration.
Known issue? Any fixes?

Advanced Settings and NeBeiu by
~me~
HI,
In WinXP's Network Connections, there is an advanced settings option in the
advanced menu, is there such a place in Vista?
The reason I ask is I have computers with XP and NetBeui; I have File and
print sharing, and Client for MS Networks checked for NetBeui, and unchecked
for TCP/IP. I want to do the same in Vista.
NetBeui works for a wired connecton in Vista, but I have yet to get it...

Wireless Print Server by

Windows Vista Business
Hawking Wireless Print Server HWPS1UG
This might apply to other print servers, wireless or not.
-First, ditch the software that it comes with.
-Find an XP machine and connect to the Print Server's setup web page
(default on mine is 192.168.1.250).

sharing. After lots of trials and errors I decided to ask for some help.
Hope some of you can lend an hand even if the problem is cross-platform.
My network...
