Hi I am running an XP Home SP3 with a Dell A940 printer connected via USB. I have a Dell Laptop running Vista Home Premium that can see the network but when I try to add a printer I get the message "Windows cannot connect to the printer, Operation Could not be completed 0x0000000d" I am also running Norton 2008 Internet security on both machines.

My DC rebooted after an auto update a few nights ago and has now disappeared in the network map from all Vista machines on the domain.
