Printer sharing by
piedmont
Soo frustrating! It's appears everything is configured correctly for me to
access the printer attached to my second laptop in the other room via the
linksys wireless.
I have three computors in all, I can go to each computor and see all on the
system including router,
I go to add a printer and see the 'printer' from the other two computiors

I have 2 machines (Win 7 64 bit laptop & Vista 32 bit desktop) that I am
trying to network the user accounts through a Netgear wireless router (the
Netgear router is supposedly Win7 compatible). There are 3 identical accounts
on each machine. Only my account has administrative control and is also

method of creating VPN connection on other Windows Vista machines with no
problems.)
Once the connection has been created, on going into Manage Network

Allowing remote connections by
Ken W
I'm trying to configure a PC so that it can receive a remote connection. A
computer on the outside first of all connects to our server, and then
connects to the target PC over our network. We have one person that does
this, but other people are not able to establish a remote connection, as it
says it can't find this computer. I know that we have to enable connections
to allow remote...

home network. Here is the scenario:
5 computers: 3 have Vista sp2, 1 has Windows 7, 1 has XP sp3
All computers are running Norton Internet Security 2009.
1 of the Vista computers (host) is set up to share documents via the public

So many Tunnel Adapters - 6,7,12,13,14,15,16 ? Strange numberingscheme ? by
karthikbalaguru
Hi,
I understand that Tunnel Adapter LAN is for
encapsulating IPv6 packets with an IPv4 header
so that they can be sent across an IPv4 network.
Few queries popped up in my mind based on this :-
1.
Why is the numbering for the Tunnel adapter LAN
not sequential ? It is like 6,7,12,13,14,15,16.
