Secure Wireless Error: EAP service not started by
Albert2
Hi,
I am running Vista Home Premium (32 bit) and am no longer able to achieve a
secure wireless connection (to GoogleWiFiSecure). I was connecting to
GoogleWiFiSecure successfully for several days and then decided to disconnect
my wireless connection and connect using a wire on our LAN. I later
unplugged the wire (LAN) and tried to go back to connecting via wireless on
GoogleWiFiSecure which...

but the window to control Meeting Space doesn't open. I've ensured that
IPv.6, Peer Name Resolution Protocol, Peer Networking Grouping, Peer
Networking Identity Manager and DFS Replication services are running - and
the firewall has Meeting Space enabled. I've also tried to uninstall and
reinstall the program, but...

DHCP Service Fails to Start with "Access Denied" Error by
cwilkens
This morning, my laptop stopped connecting to the internet. I could see it
get hung up while getting an IP address.
After poking around, I discovered that the DHCP service repeatedly failed to
start. Specifically, it failed with an error 5 "Access Denied" message, and
continues to do so when I attempt to start it manually. So far I have
1. Ensured that all services on which DHCP is dependent...

Using Vista Home to connect to printer on WS2003 and XP pro domain by
Hitch
Ok, we have a person in our office that recently got a laptop with Windows
Vista Home Premium. The office is running a domain on Windows Server 2003
and everyone is using XP Pro.
Obviously, Vista cannot connect to the domain, but it would be helpful for
him to have a connection to our network printers. With my laptop (XP Pro), I
turned off the domain and instead switched to a Workgroup,...

Shared Printer via Vista by
Dan S.
I created a local port and added the printer, which is attached via
USB, from my desktop (XP) to my laptop (Vista) using a WiFi network
with only two computers.
The problem is that whenever I set the shared printer as the default on
my laptop, it doesn't stay the default. Vista seems to prefer Windows
XPS Document Writer.
How can I get it to stay the system default on my laptop?
