The message that this application has stopped working continuously appears on my desktop. Does anyone know what this application is and what is going on.

I have a Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit, everytime I start up my computer it tell's me to press F1 to continue or press F2 to run setup. Whenever I put a CD or DVD into my DVD drive it no longer presents me with a list of options or automatically plays the disk. I have gone into properties for the drive and autoplay is enabled. Yet it still doesn't autoplay. How can I fix this? Thanks ahead of time.

Well, i'm on a gateway with Vista home Premium and it won't boot up. When i start it normally it goes to a screen that says windows error recovery. It has two tabs launch start-up repair (reccomended) and Start Windows Normally. So when i press enter on the launch it just goes to that screen over and over.
