I am currently running RC2 with little problem, except the following: Whenever I close my IE 7 browser window, I get a pop-up error that says "Internet Explorer Has Stopped Working", and that it is looking for a solution to the problem. I've installed Vista 32bit and I can't get past the desktop before it stops. Why does the CPU run at less than 100% of maximum frequency most of the time, even while CPU usage never drops to 0%? Vista (RC2) is showing the graph of my CPU usage and frequency, and CPU usage is averaging about 40% while frequency is averaging about 85% of maximum. During the times when the CPU has anything to do at all, shouldn't it be running at 100% frequency, and then drop down to 0%...

Moving a 1Gb file from 1 folder to another takes about 1 minute on my machine with RC1. My pc experience index is 5.0. I'm sure this is much slower than with XP Home on the same machine.
