I keep getting a message that Microsoft TrueVector Service has stopped working on my laptop which runs Windows Vista Home Premium. I cannot cancel the message and the True Vector error is preventing other programs (e.g. ZoneAlarm) from downloading and/or working. I tried running Vista Mem Diagnostic Tool recently. For whatever reason, the MS utility starts withe very boot and I cannot cancel or stop program even though icon shows up in the notification area.
