Windows Vista Home Premium After starting windows it freezes (can still move mouse but screen is unresponsive) or blue screens (Something like: An error has occured and Windows is shutting down to prevent further damage) anywhere from 10seconds into starting to 30 minutes. I reinstalled Windows and still have the same problem.

I have Outlook 2007 on my Windows Vista computer, but whenever i try to open it, i get a pop-up that says that there is an error and i should use the scan.pst Inbox Repair tool to fix it. I have no idea what this is. Can anyone help fix this?

My screen saver will not work. After reading through some questions and responses I have figured out that it is my wireless mouse causing the problem. Disk defragmenter seems to only show options for *when* to defragment. How can I access options of *which* disks I can choose to defragment, and see information as to how fragmented they are initially, so as to determine whether I want to defragment them in the first place?

Listed in my problem reports and solutions, are two names. One is Spinning Hat software and abcPager, that are apparently the source of a problem of which I am not familiar with. Not only do I not know the the problem itself, but Spinning Hat software and abcPager are alien to me. I have done a search for these two names with zero results.
