Ok... so I cant change my background. It just started today. I am able to go into all of my pictures but when I try to select one of them... it doesnt change my background. I have tried using the original pictures that came installed and the only thing I can do is change the color of the background or put up a gateway background. I restored my user files, but they went to a folder that I cannot access (even from my new Admin account). when I go to the Start menu, click on a recently used Office 2007 program or a pinned Office 2007 program, nothing happens. They don't launch.
