I blocked 2 programs from starting up for 3 to 4 days. 2 Days ago I checked them to allow them to boot on startup using the "system configuration" utility in vista, but on every boot it starts up saying windows is blocking some startup programs. When I go to start them up the boxes are checked and under the tab general "normal startup" is selected. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a HYUNDAI Imagequest L90D+ monitor. But vista cant recognize it and sets it to Generic PnP Monitor. It works fine ecept I cant change the refresh rate, its stuck to 60Hz.
