I have a brand new HP-Pavilion Vista Home Premium x64 and it sometimes, at least several times a week, suddenly crash for no apparent reason. My laptop is set to go to sleep after 15 minutes on battery. I'm having a problem w. it shutting down instead. The power lights stay on but I get no response when I tap the keyboard.
