Every time i try to start Vista it gets to the black screen with the progression bar and Microsoft Corportion under it and it doesnt go pass that point. My laptop is set to go to sleep after 15 minutes on battery. I'm having a problem w. it shutting down instead. The power lights stay on but I get no response when I tap the keyboard. On several occasions I have had to manually power it down and then restart Windows normally. If I chose to never but it to sleep would these solve the problem or possibly damage the laptop?
