I have Vista Business installed, and the hard disk is running constantly. I have implemented several suggestions posted on this site, but none have really helped. Does anyone have any idea if anything else can be done, or what may be causing the problem?

SP1 was downloaded and installed without a glitch. SP1 was offered to me via Windows Update on September 2008. I hid it until today and decided to install after all.
