My HP LaserJet 4 Plus prints a blank page AHEAD of the printed pages. It does so only on the first printing job after turning the printer on. Afterwards it continues printing without problem.

Okay I have been trying for the last hour to print an award of appreciation. I do a print preview and it shows the border there and ready to print but then when I print it comes out with no border. How do I fix this? I never had this problem with my old verision of Windows.

HI, I hope someone can help me with this. When I print anything there was a box that usually appeared in the lower right corner telling me the status of the printing job and the ink levels. I am trying to print on an HP Laserjet 5 Printing happens intermittently. Sometimes it prints just fine. Other times, the status for the job in Vista's print queue is "Error - Printing". In previous versions of windows I could high lite a group of files, right click and choose print. Windows would open all the files one at a time and print.
