I have windows home premium. I need to be able to fax. It is not worth pying $159 to upgrade to ultimate because i do not need the other items. does any one know of options?

Hi, I'm trying to create a custom size document in Word for using as the basis for artwork. I need it to be 21.2cm x 15cm. Word lets me create a custom size but because it's so close to A5 (14.8 x 21) it automatically resets it to A5 which is no good to me. From trial and error it seems that a custom size needs to be at least 6mm bigger than a set one for Word to accept it. Is there any way...
