Disable Driver Signature Enforcement by
Gooder

Signature Enforcement" - that disables load-time signature enforcement for a
kernel-mode driver only for the current system session. This setting does
not persist across system restarts."
Is there any way to permanently disable driver signature enforcement or
disable it on particular drivers that I need to...

nicholas hall
I have a none critical error which is not a problem as such, but it would be
nice to know why this is happening.
On some folders (not all the folders) if I set the contents to be shown as
an icon (small, medium or large size) the name of the file is not shown.
I have taken a screenshot of what I am talking about:

Bulk Tagging in Vista? by
Ryetronics
Is there any way to add a tag to multiple files at once? I have over
a thousand pictures that I migrated over without tags, and it would
make the process very simple if I could select entire folders to tag.
Am I missing a keystroke or shortcut?

Temporary Internet Files in Vista by
GtD
Is there a way to view the subfolders of the temporary internet files folder
in Vista w/o having to copy it to another location? As far as I know I have
selected to view all hidden and system files and for some reason the folder
IE uses does not allow for subfolder viewing yet I know the subfolders are
there. If you copy it from its current location to say the desktop, then all
of a sudden...

Lost Pictures after upgrade by
MakingUpforBadHabits
After upgrading to Home Premium, the shared folder where all pictures and
music was stored has disappeared.
Anyone have any idea if it was completely erased? I can't find them in the
public folders, or under any other user account.
And yes, I didn't back-up before installing because I thought I had
everything on two other computers...but I was wrong

VirtualStore not working by
Merak
Hi, I've got a problem with Vista's file virtualization system.
For years I've had my profiles folder (\Users in Vista) moved to another
partition on a different disk, in order to make reinstallation and backup
easier while improving performance.
Yesterday I installed Vista with C:\Users moved to D:\Users (D is my data
partition) and all appeared to be working well. However I quickly...

Folder tree indexing. Useful and not resources eater! by
efrua
This is a suggestion:
I think it could be very useful to add an option to the index service in
Windows Vista that allows the system to index the whole folder tree but not
the archives contained in those folders. This way we could jump to any folder
in the hard drive just by typing its name in any search box.
The only way to do it now is to index the whole drive (folders and archives)
which...
