Vista Basic x32 sp2 I moved the location of Vista's Media folder to a folder I call Sounds. When I open the folder in Sound to set a wav file to an event it displays only 54 files while explorer is showing 59 ( the actual number). I have found what is probably a bug in Vista and/or Windows 7: when copying EFS-encrypted files to a different computer without EFS performance is severely degraded.
