I can't get Quake 4 to work with any Vista build. When it errors out, Microsoft claims that Activision has a patch. I go to Activision, id Software and the Quake 4 site. But no stinking patch. Anyone have any ideas? Jim

I have installed two games which won't seem to work on my computer anymore. I've installed both the 32 and 64 bit versions of Vista RC1 and could not get the game Dangerous Waters to operate using the 64 bit version. The program compatibility thing ran but it was no help. anyone else having this problem? It worked fine, I did the updates from EA, and now the game plays for like 10 mins, and the just shuts off. It doesn't hang, freeze, lag... or anything, it just quits the game, and returns you to your desktop. Very annoying.
