I enjoy playing the games installed with Vista. I know it is just a minor issue, but to me it is very annoying that when there are no further moves, a notice comes up telling you so. I would rather figure that out myself by finishing the game. Is there any way to get rid of this?

Hello I had have windows Xp, In which I installed battlefield 2142 and I could play it all day but I change my operative system to Windows Vista Home Premium and I installed battlefield 2142, but now when I'm in the game playing always punkbuster kick me out of the game I wounder if Windows Vista has something to do with this issue

Delta force Blackhawk Down will not run on Vista. It loads up and I get into a game but within 1 minute it crashes. Any one have a solution or know what the issue is?

Can anyone tell me the difference between NVIDIAS two graphics card lines the 200 series (GTX280 or GTX 260) and the 9 series line (9800 GTX or GTX+)? It kind of looks like the 200 series is slower but has more video ram then the 9800 series.

I am using vista ultimate 64 bit edition ... problem is that movies of NFS Carbon won't work.... if Movies Folder is in the game folder , then game crashes with no error message .... if i delete the movies folder , then game runs perfectly without movies. Movies files have formats ****.vp6 .... can anyone tell how can i run movies in the game?

Hi, Has anyone been able to launch and play this game sucessfully on Vista? Whenever I try the launching splash screen appears (and CPU usage spikes up to 100%) and after around 20 seconds an error screen with an exception message appears (seems to be a game specific error rather than a standard vista 'check for solutions' box). I have heard horror stories about people that are having so many problems playing Battlefield 2142 after trying to run the game with vista. Is this true? I am about to buy a new computer and dont know if I should by a computer running vista.

Hello, I am trying to download DirectX 9c on Vista so that I can play Medieval total war. But every time I hit instal is give me an error stating that one or more components of Directx are running at this time, and that I need to close all other programs.
