Raw socket with non-admin account
When login with *standard* user account, raw socket can work(create new raw socket, bind, recv etc) with raw socket on Vista 32 and Vista 64 but it can't do on XP. I'm not sure if there are plans for Vista to turn this off before Vista is officially released.
