Default How to Navigate Vista without a mouse

Using your Windows Key, The Tab Key, The Arrow Keys, and The Enter Key (also
known as return key), you should be able to go anywhere in your pc that you
need to go.

I was writing this down for a friend and thought with all the mouse
problems, this might be useful info. Little experimenting with those keys
should be enough for anyone to figure it out.
