Default re-activation problem

Hi,

I have just upgraded the HD containing Vista Business. I carried out a disk
clone using Acronis True Image V11 and that seemed to work fine - just
needed to carry out "repair" using the Windows DVD on first boot of the new
disk.
However, my version is now showing that it is not activated and I know that
I will have to reactivate via telephone. However, when I hit the "activate
now" I am not given a phone option and when I attempt to activate online, I
get an error message 0x80070005 which seems to be an "access denied" error
code. I then Googled for an activation phone number for the UK, but it seems
to be 100% automatic with no option to speak to an assistant!

Any ideas how I can reactivate?

Cheers

Hey there Rutetuti,

Got this from the TechNet Online Concierge.

Please call (44) (870) 2411-963 or (0) (800) 018-8354 (toll free) to reach
Activation Center in the UK.

Let me know if that works for you.

Best Regards,

Will

Hi William,

That was great, thanks. Only took about 5 min to get re-activated!
