Default HP PSC 2355 - Photo Printing Problem

Hi - I am having trouble with my PSC 2355. I am trying to use Photoshop
Elements to print borderless 4 x 6 prints and part of the picture is being
cut off - around the edges. However, the print preview looks fine. I've
tried printing from different programs and still get the same result. I've
tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer software including drivers.
I've tried alternate printer drivers but don't know if I did something wrong
there or need to try still another alternate driver. If I try to print with
a border, the border winds up uneven. I don't know if this has anything to
do with it or not but this is the first time that I've tried to print photos
since I got a new computer late last year. I successfully printed borderless
with this printer when it was hooked up to a machine running XP but now I'm
running Vista. I've been to HP's website and got the updated drivers. Does
anyone know if this is a compatibility issue with Vista or if it's a printer
issue? Do I need a different printer that is Vista compatible? Any help
would be *greatly* appreciated. Thanks.
