Outlook and Onenone (using Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007)
Hello, I was not sure which category to place this under.
I have been using Outlook 2007 (12.0.6300.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6213.1000) with the addin OneNote (onbttnol.dll) 2007 (12.0.6211.1000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6213.1000) (displaying on the Quick Access Toolbar of Outlook) absolutely fine until yesterday when, Microsoft displayed a message (when I was trying to send an email to OneNote)_that Outlook had stopped working, trying to find a solution, then was restartng itself continuing with the dialog box ?Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'onenote notes about outlook items' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disale this add-in? At first I said no and the following happened (same error as previously stated one). So I finally disabled the add-in OneNote, because it finally would stop Outlook and not allow me to open it until it was diabled. Now I can start OneNote independently from Outlook as a stand alone application, but I need the two to work together so I send email over fast and efficiently. There was one other error, that I am trying t recreate for you but cannot, where a dialog box comes up and indicates that there is a problem with some type of H_Key something. (I know that is vague) but I just can't get it to reappear. I am desperate for help in this. I even went out and downloaded any 'important' updates from Microsoft for Outlook and OneNote(where there weren't) to see if that helped. I then rebooted tried and I continously get these same error conditions. |
