The 3410 is apparently not supplied with Vista, only XP. Did you install Vista yourself? If so, you're on your own...the driver is at: http://www.pc-ap.fujitsu.com/support...sta_u1010.html but is NOT listed for your machine, only the U1010 and others. Install at your own risk.
