Printer

My printer is not working. It say that it is offline but I checked and made sure and it back online but still not working. What do I need to do about this problem? Since you told us nothing about your printer - make/model, how it connects to your computer, whether it ever worked (and if so, what changed), no one can give you focused help. As a generalization, go to the printer mftr.'s website and download Vista drivers. With the printer disconnected from your computer (if it connects locally via USB), install the drivers. Usually the installation routine will tell you when to connect the USB cable. Other than that, if you need more help see: How to Post: http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Usenet http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/555375 - How to Ask a Question http://users.tpg.com.au/bzyhjr/liszt.htm - How Not to Get Technical Help on Usenet Malke -- MS-MVP Elephant Boy Computers www.elephantboycomputers.com Don't Panic! |
