Default Printer

My printer is not working. It say that it is offline but I checked and made
sure and it back online but still not working. What do I need to do about
this problem?

Since you told us nothing about your printer - make/model, how it connects
to your computer, whether it ever worked (and if so, what changed), no one
can give you focused help. As a generalization, go to the printer mftr.'s
website and download Vista drivers. With the printer disconnected from your
computer (if it connects locally via USB), install the drivers. Usually the
installation routine will tell you when to connect the USB cable. Other
