Default Error i get when installing dvd writer

A Problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.
If this is teh first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your
computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in
the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for
driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable memory options
such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or
disable components, restart your computer, press f8 to select advanced
startup options, and then select safe mode.

Techinical Information:
Stop: 0x0000007E (0xc0000005, 0x81836f72, 0x8247aa68, 0x8247a764)

Deleting Data for crash dump...
Initializing disk for crash dump...
Dump of physical memory.
Dumping physical memory to disk: 30

This is the error message i get when i connect ANY cd/dvd/write to my system
weather it be external or internal. Does anone know how to fix this. I looked
the error up and cannot find anything on it expect XP stuff

From What I can gather a lot of dvdwriter manufactures are not in process of
developing drivers for Vista until after its offical release or they are just
waiting for microsoft to come up with them
